Waterford Collision has taken care of me from the second I walked into their shop! The staff is great! Fred was so helpful and friendly as he explained the process of getting my car repaired from a bumper accident! Their email strategy is highly effective, as they update you every step of the way… from when they start on your car, to the half way point, all the way up to completion of the repairs. On top of that, Fred was personable as he called my cell to verbally update me on the status of my car. This was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had with a collision shop!

Tom at Waterford Collision is the best! I researched 15 companies in the area that my insurance company gave me and Waterford Collision had the best ratings and the remarks about Tom were all over the page and those reviews were 1000% accurate!! Tom was professional, kept me informed, set a date and hit the mark! I was so scared to drop my Yukon off - as every dealer from here to 50+ miles has given the worst service cause I have tried them all!! But with Waterford Collision my truck came back to me like BRAND NEW and they even detailed the inside which was an unexpected wonderful bonus, and so kind !!! Their customer service and workmanship on my car was OUTSTANDING!!!! Because of their work my parents are dropping their Yukon off next week! Fred from Waterford Collision is awesome!! The truck looks great. He set realistic expectations and delivered on them the exact date I was due to pick up the vehicle. They even sent someone to pick me to collect my truck because I had to return my rental earlier that day.
