This shop is horrible. The owner just got out of jail for an OWI. The Mechanics Keith and Tiffany, after smelling beer on their breath, are alcoholics and is currently drinking on the job as I speak. Owner (Bob) tolerates it which says alot regarding his integrity. I went in for a simple timing chain replacement, which I brought the part in, truck running and everything just to be told after tearing my truck down they don't wanna work on it any longer and it doesn't run anymore. Why because obviously they broke something or have no experience in that field but says I need a new motor. So asked them if they'll just put it back together and they said no. Get it towed out there shop. After 2 weeks of having my truck and lying saying it's taken apart and new chains are ready for installation. I do landscaping so they cost me money as well. All b.s. because old timing chains weren't even off yet. Actually freeze leaking on tow truck and everything. Very dishonest people and alcoholics. See

DO NOT GO HERE - they damaged my car I wish I saw the recent reviews before dropping off my car. Dropped off on 10/23, they called on 10/26 and said it would be done that night, I paid for it early since I would have to pick it up after hours (repairs cost about $1800). Went to pick it up that night and it was still not done. The next day I called and they said it would be done 10/27 but it still wasn’t. I then called Monday and the only response I would get is “we will call you when it’s done” they couldn’t tell me why it was taking so long. While waiting for them, they even lost my key which cost $300 for a new one (they didn’t even apologize for losing it) On 11/6 I called and asked if the car was done and if they found/replaced my key. Zero progress was made so I called a towing company and had it towed to another shop (about $100 for the tow) After it arrived to the new shop, I saw that the driver door was smashed. I called R&B and they blamed it on theft and wouldn’t do anything

This is the closest shop to my house that has an alignment rack. I do all of the work on my cars and my family’s cars, but obviously I rely on a shop to do wheel alignments. I’ve never had a problem with the work done at this shop. The owner, however, has been rude to me on multiple occasions. The worst time was when I brought my car back to get a rear alignment done after first getting the front wheels done. When I came back and asked for the rear alignment, the owner started yelling at me. His young employee eventually stopped him—apparently he was confusing me with a different customer. No apology was given. Being a mechanic is a hard job but you’ve got to be respectful. I stopped going to this shop.
