Amazing job, I was very stressed after coming outside my home to find my brand new truck had been hit. He helped me get extra time for the loaner vehicle. i was very impressed by his professionalism. Also the body wokr was amazing Ray is hands down the best body tech in Michigan. We’ve been customers of this dealership for five years, and drive past a few Toyota dealerships closer to us, to do business here. Matt P, the body shop manager at the Toyota location, went out of his way for us on the most recent visit. I asked to borrow a rag and a little wax to get a few small marks off the door. But he said he would do one better, and came out with some professional products and took care of the job himself, complementary. Customers remember these little things.
