I am, or was, a potential long term customer and I called and spoke to Jim to get some estimates on things I need to get fixed on my car very soon, especially with them being so close nearby, I really was hoping to get my work done there. Jim was extremely rude and hung up on me when I had to ask (a 2nd time because he went too fast) what the labor was. I am a senior and did not deserve to be treated so badly just because I was trying to find out the costs involved with a family member to be paying for the repairs. Others’ reviews say what a great guy he is, but he was not great, nor fair, to me, but this is not the first time I have called there. I have called numerous times over the years (I have been here 8+), and have always been treated rudely on the phone by them, usually him. I am usually willing to give them another chance, which I have, in the multiple calls I have made, but not sure I ever will again now.
