Bob is honest, affordable, and provides quality service. I also experienced an extended length of time for a major repair. If the repair was done in a reasonable amount of time I would have given 5 stars.

The owner Bob personally took care of me at the counter both times that I came in. He’s a very genuine and agreeable man, and he was able to get my car in immediately and inspected within two hours. I came in because I knew my brake line was leaking. My car is old, and the bottom has a lot of rust. I was aware of this and just hoping to keep it running for another year at most and told Bob as much. Unfortunately the rust was far worse than I’d thought (I am no mechanic!) and he had to inform me that the rear axle was one pothole away from breaking free and falling out. A dishonest person could have fixed the brake line and charged me and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser until I had an accident. But Bob not only gave me an honest evaluation, he even showed me in person exactly what the issue was and the extent of it. I live within a mile so I elected to drive it home so I could potentially sell it as-is for parts. He grabbed some of his own brake fluid and filled up my leaky system ju
