Got my tires rotated and the next day I woke up with one of my tires fully fat. I called up to the shop and they told me it was a coincidence that the tire was flat the day after they worked on the vehicle, without even diagnosing the problem. I brought my tire up and they told me there was a hole in the rim and it would cost $180 to fix it. I took the tire to another local shop and they remounted the tire and I didn't have any more issues. Lesson learned, go to the second shop

My SIL spent over $1000 for tires. She got a nail in one. Took it in. They told her they had to keep car over night. Called at 9 am. Car wasn't ready. Told to call back at. 3:00 Then call back at 4:00. Shouldn't take that long to patch it. Next time she will go somewhere else.
