Very unprofessional. Was told 1600 for a fuel pump and when I found someone else to do it cheaper he tried to charge me 250 for diagnostics. Even tho it’s only 55 (I’ve bought other cars before to them) said 100 dollars on the phone but when I got there he said he didn’t know who I talked to even tho later on he said I sounded cocky on the phone…how would he know that if he didn’t answer the phone ????????. Then started unnecessarily yelling at me because I wanted to pay the 100 that he said. Wouldn’t release my keys and after he did followed me to my car calling me out my name and had to be held back by his mechanics. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I suggest taking your car and hard earned money somewhere else that won’t overcharge you for simple stuff.

I have taken my car into Redford three separate times since July to get my AC fixed. Every time I take it in, they told me it was fixed and two weeks later my AC would stop working. I told them a couple of different times I felt like it might be something with the controls in the car. The first time I took it in was for overheating and the AC. They replaced my fan, said they fixed my AC and charged me $1100. The second time i took my car in for the AC again, they told me it was a leak, they charged me $425. This last time I took it in for the AC not working, they told me the AC wouldn't work in cold whether, which is wrong. They also told me the AC is working find, which it's not and the there was something wrong with the HVAC system and that it was going to cost me $850 to fix it. I told them I wouldn't be paying for any further parts, but would pay for labor. They refused to offer me any type of refund or make up for their mistake.
