This place is a joke 850 for my trans that I took out 350c3 speed back in 24 hours out side of trans still dirty the pan gasket was cork 99c and the converter Lock up not working and now 5 k on it leaking bad from pump go too Wyandotte maybe I'm wrong I been working on cars 40 years and the reply is true took it in my self first off its the cork pan gasket and not even clean by far and I can very much tell no bushing replacement in tail and I have the pictures still and yes I put it in I have over 40 years building cars . They’ve been there forever. I was there with my dad as a young teen. Took my adult son there to have his transmission repaired. We decided not to have them replace the trans, it is bad, and went another route. There was no charge for their diagnosis. Only giving 4 stars due to the lack of any personality by the office workers. They weren’t rude but also weren’t friendly. They weren’t mad but also wasn’t happy either. A very little bit of people skills go along way.

Took 1 week exactly which is good for transmission rebuilds. That was from drop off to pick up. Diagnose, contact me, order parts, rebuild reinstall, test. I've had it back for a week now and transmission shifts beautiful, just like new. I didn't ding them on stars but when I called and said a '14 durango, v6, and rebuild the guy on the phone said 2700 plus tax. While dropping car off guy asked me if I talked pricing on the phone. I said yes and was told 2700 plus tax. He replied I don't do them for less than 4,000 I think he was thinking of a four speed. You can't get a 4 speed in a 14 durango so that doesn't give that guy much credit. So that's quite a bait and switch there. So take that with what you will. Basically good mechanics, not so good at customer service.
