Horrible customer service.. unprofessional.He had my car for over a month under my warranty and didn’t fix anything!!! Sent me home with a loose control arm..new service lights on that wasn’t on there before… never again
From the time I got this cat GNR has and is my go to auto repair. They were courteous, positive and brief and to the point. I recommend customers for insurance quotes and out of your pocket cost as well. They are good!
Best experience we've had w an auto repair shop in a very long time! We're 1st time customers, and will definitely RETURN and REFER! I Took my son's vehicle to Mario, (with my own part, which some shops don't permit) to change an alternator, his price was unbeatable, he was finished sooner than he estimated and he also did a once over and informed me of what he saw! Places like this give mechanics a good name!!
