Called to request a tire change for a flat tire. After being sent to voicemail twice, someone finally answered and stated that they would not be getting on the road with this weather. How a company claims to offer roadside assistance, but refuses to assist with a tire change (not a tow, or anything else complicated) on a Saturday morning at 10am with low traffic, no snow, no rain, no ice on the roads or inclement weather is beyond me. Called after reading many positive reviews, but am now questioning the validity of them. Unless it’s the middle of the Summer, weather conditions are perfect and they feel like it, you’re going to need to call someone else.
