Chevrolet Service

We didn't get happy news on our car but not their fault. They weren't able to get my car in right away but we have a new Trailblazer we got 2 months ago from them so we were not in a hurry. Were very good about keeping us informed about status. When we went to pick up our car our salesperson took our new car for a car wash.

This one star is for know that this Chevy dealer have less knowledge about my spark 2013 and plus higher prices than other Chevy dealers. For the same service i paid $55 at royal oak Chevrolet and here they want to charge me $170 and also they don’t know if that could have fixed the job. I really recommend double think to leave your car here. Try team Matthews Hargreaves, 100% better located at 12 mile on royal oak

Your website indicates you're the #1 Chevy Service Center but I don't agree. I drove downstate for a funeral & had vehicle problems. Not able to help me or ever put your scanner on my vehicle to find out why I'll have limiter speed in 150 miles. I was told to leave it & it would be 5 days but service guy cared less that I lived 280 miles away & I was basically stranded. I know we're all busy now days but u should have somehow worked me in!! You're definitely not worthy of a #1 Service Rating!!!
