I just love Rick and his professional staff at Shores Car Care. He is so accommodating and very honest I never feel that he is trying to sell me some thing I don’t need or want. My neighbor referred him when we move back to Saint Clair Shores and I have been more than satisfied. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, it’s a good feeling to feel like you’re treated like family!!

They knew my Volkswagen better than anyone else, including the dealership, and the customer service is the best I’ve received anywhere. Took my work truck here for a coolant leak that ended up turning into quite a few other issues that took a couple weeks to fully figure out. They were fast with quotes and updates on what the issues were and held true to timelines. Extremely happy with the care and time spent on the vehicle and the deals given for fixing multiple things.
