Update: I returned, and they still provided excellent, polite, professional service. Looking forward to my next visit! I recently inherited an older car. They turned me away because it had an overtightened drain plug attached to a rusted oil pan, and they didn't want to break my car trying to get it loose. I appreciated that they were professional enough to let me know, instead of trying to loosen it. They were very professional. I will definitely return (once my oil pan is fixed).

My husband and I try to support small business rather than chains. We needed an oil change so I surprised my husband with one. Came in for an oil change and they said we needed a filter too; common. They said they would give me $12 off the filter with the oil change, took my credit card, but did not take that off. After they ran my card they told me they applied loyalty dollars to an account rather than doing what they said. I was given a 10% off loyalty membership, but I couldn’t use today. I was lied to and we won’t be back. When I got home we saw all the negative reviews and realized this wasn’t one problem employee. We will continue to support small business owners after we do our homework.
