I gave this place $1500 for them to not put my wheel back on correctly. This is after I brought it back for the SECOND time because their original work was unsatisfactory. I’m driving on 696 with all the construction and no where to pull to the side and my car starts shaking violently and making the worst noise i’ve ever heard. I could’ve gotten seriously hurt even died if that front wheel would’ve came off, someone else on the road could’ve died as well because of their negligence. I had to bring my car back for a total of THREE visits for them to just make my car safe to drive. If I wasn’t robbed of $1500 and had the resources to, I’d sue this place but instead all I can do is leave this review to warn other people. This place is a joke. Chris and his team took car of me and my car every step of the way. As a female, I've felt "dismissed" at car places before, but not here. The diagnostics turned up exactly the problem I thought was happening and they were able to get me turned around that same day. Rear brake pads, rotors, AWD tire rotation, oil change, and all the air filters. I also took advantage of the shuttle back and forth and Dave is just nice as can be. Highly recommend.
