Absolutely awesome. They even texted me the next day to make sure my car was running fine and to my standards.
Rich and the staff at Shadowood are super. We have dealt with Shadowood for over 50 years. We can not say enough about the service and the staff. Always so polite and give a phone call to tell you what you need, or what they found before they go and fix our Ford, or Chrysler 300.They call so you can give them a OK and go ahead. Never just go and fix something without a phone call first. We can not thank them enough for their thoughtfulness. Never any problem with our vehicle repairs over the 50 years. Always dependable and there when we need them. Call to make appointment, and it is always that day, or the next day..Thanks Rich and Staff.
