When they see a potential problem, I get a call, with an explanation from the mechanic, as to "what, where, why, and when", answered on any necessary situation. This is a place, you can trust. Worst place ever bought a car from right way most definitely was the wrong way! Louie’s auto is the worst place ever they will not fix your vehicle only make it worse. Then the receptionist is rude and argumentative. I hate this place there mechanics look like family members I’m pretty sure they are not ase certified. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Right way is most definitely a bs company they sell lemons and send you to trash mechanics to fix the problems that were already happening before I bought the car. I repeat I do not recommend louies auto nor right way auto on 15 and gratiot! TRASH Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The service, both car and customer, are LAUGHABLE. got into several back and forths with Lynn because all the employees including the owner Louie like to take things personally. If I bring my car in for brake and rotor work, why and I leaving with alignment issues lol! I may not know much about cars but I knew that wasn't right. Of course they had to redo the work, plus more im sure, but kept my car and didn't give me any updates to the point I had to call for check ins. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
