V & W Motors Import

Here's why it's a 1 star review- our family member died and Nino "helped" us sell his car (Lexus) at V & W Motors. We delivered the car to Nino at V & W Motors, he had a customer in mind who ended up buying the car at his lot directly from Nino- he had the title because we trusted him, and Nino never paid us for the car- HE SOLD THE CAR TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND NEVER paid us!!! He kept telling us he was sending a check, but then he forgot and then said he didn't have the money anymore because he spent it. It's been four years and NOT ONE DIME of the money has been received from him. Very unethical, upsetting, and sad in my personal experience. I had used this shop on our Land Rover for repairs, but I would never use this shop for anything ever again after such an experience.

Jim is the best. Takes his time with his customers, really cares to help people and solve their problems. Just an all around solid guy. Best Mechanic in the Greater Detroit area for German vehicles.

Nino and his Crew are great to work with. Very informative and explained my repair in detail. I recommend V&W for all your maintenance and repairs. Have all BG Products to help keep my vehicle running in top shape. They also threw in a Service for my headlights, they look like new ! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
