Serra Ford’s team is absolutely amazing! I needed some running boards added to my bronco. It was a minor item but they’re service team made me feel like i was the most important customer there. Just incredible!
My F250 has found a home at Serra ford on Rochester rd , if is heart warming to be treated like I was the only customer there from Daryl in service to Lucy (SA ) to the young lady at the cashier window, my truck and I were treated with such respect. Well done Ford you have made me a life long customer!!
I showed up around 3pm, had no appointment, but the guys still did the full brake service for me, new brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels, and they were done in 2 hours, Serra Ford service department has taken care of my F150 for 280K miles and I won't let anyone touch my truck unless it's these guys, they always do an exemplary job. Good mechanics are hard to find that's why I DO RECOMMEND Serra Ford to my friends and family. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair
