Action 1 Qwik Service

Took my car in for a check engine light and they not only fixed it, but also informed me of another problem on the horizon and saved me a ton of money on a future repair. They are fantastic and efficient and walked me through everything they were doing so that I could understand how my car works better. Incredible! They for sure have my business!

I always look for independent businesses to give my business to. Action 1 Qwik Service is my go to shop for all car stuff. Belle Tire made me feel like I should just bury my car with a quote of $2,800 for repairs. Bashar at Action 1 fixed it for $380 because all the other stuff that Belle Tire told me needed to be replaced were perfectly fine. I highly recommend to have Action 1 take a look at your car first before you move ahead with repairs with other shops. Honest and reliable and more importantly, very experienced in their line of work.

I started with the action 1 on John R and Auburn they had my car for 3 days and couldn't fix it, but were very helpful getting to the problem. They then had me take it to the owners son's action one shop a couple weeks later. Wow the son was a total Hot head with a big temper, he calls me up because I miss understood the pick up time when I left it, screaming that I should just take my car back ,after I got a rental. This is my first negative review of any business. Reply- I never expected it in one day, in fact I rented from enterprise till Wednesday. I stated to your employee that I was told I could possibly have it as soon as Tuesday night if things went well. Anyways no justification for yelling at a calm considerate client, just scarry.
