Fox Chevy Service

Very happy with the care, time, and attention given by Wally and Dave with buying our pre-owned Chevy Cruze. Both were patient, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Wally made sure that a rocker panel will be replaced and that all other standards were met. It was hard to make the change from our beloved Prius, but they made the process bearable all while following safe Covid precautions. Looking forward to continuing to get good service from the Fox team.

Wally and Dave were wonderful throughout the entire buying process. Wally was available via text at a moment's notice. He was knowledgeable and kind. This would be a 5-star review if not for the lack of ability to negotiate during the deal. I made a fair offer, but they respectfully declined. Sometimes a customer just needs to feel like they were able to negotiate a little, so they can come away from the deal feeling confident they got the best price. That doesn't take anything away from the great service I received from Wally and Dave. In related news, Wally and Dave sounds like a children's cartoon. :)

Just an oil change.. But they were quick and helpful. They could've suggested a tire rotation but notice I had just had one in my records. They saved me some money!
