My wife brought in her car to get repaired, what a problem. The final outcome was that they didn’t know how her car got tapped and her bumper that just was repaired was hit. This is the second time that their repair work was just horrible. She had them take the bumper off and put back the dented one and left. Never will I or my wife ever recommend this body shop. The general manager realized what had happened and he did not charge her for anything. The manger Jamie and the estimator Ken, are just people I would never have a woman deal.

If you’re debating to go to Fox Body Shop, simply look at the letters that they left on my window for your answer-“N-O”. If they can’t remember to take off letters that they placed off of your window...definitely don’t trust them with repairs. When I chose Fox Body Shop to complete minor repairs on my vehicle, I unknowingly signed myself up for months of hassle, I could write a whole essay on my multiple HORRIBLE experiences with Fox Body Shop, but I will keep it brief: 1. The estimator I dealt with, Mr. Orlando, was the most unhelpful and unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. He was constantly condescending and would never go out of his way to help me or any other customer that I witnessed him interact with. 2. Mr. Orlando didn’t include a part of my damages in my original repair claim (after I confirmed with him (twice!) that he did) so now I will have two insurance claims against me. 3. My repairs took way longer than expected—I understand the repair timeline is just an estimate
