These guys are honest. Yes it doesn't give a polished fancy experience like a firestone does, But they don't find/ make up things to fix that you don't need. They find exactly what needs to be done and do it for a much better price than speedys or belle tire or firestone. Also they are quick. If it's a more expensive part that needs to be replaced, or something else broken, they call you to come in to show you. I had a broken spring, they kept the part, showed it to me. I already trusted them but it's nice to have that verification. My car is uncommon (smart car) but they seem to have no problem with it.
