The manager and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Best service for best value including mechanical/ heating and cooling system/ muffler service and tires. Ask for Alex, he is the right guy to deal with. Thank u Pro Tech Car Care in Redford.
As per Miss Jennifer Smith Review, she must be mistaken. The shop has no dog. Might be a different pro tech. But not this one. Besides, she is not our customer. Sure she is confused with the shop
Very unhappy with my experience with this company. Went in because my heating coil was messed up. They called me telling me that it wasn't the heating coil... it was something else. They fixed what they told me it was... but then called me back saying it was the heating coil... they made me pay almost 2 grand charging me for a service that I didnt even ask for. If this wasn't bad enough.... after paying all that money they tell me that my alarm is broke and I need to take it to an alarm store for them to fix it. My alarm was fine until I took my car to yall. Smh I am not happy with this company at all.
