Came in for a tire rotation and balance. I told them one of the wheels on the front had an issue and was out of balance. Their solution was to put it on the back and instead balance the rear wheels, “since those will be on the front after the rotation.” I couldn’t get them to understand what I needed, so I just had them balance all 4. But one of them is still out of balance. My tires were silent before and only shook minimally around 75-80. Now it shakes at lower speeds and makes noise. When they were tightening my lug nuts, they used an impact wrench and went over the nuts twice. The torque spec for my lug nuts is only 76 ft-lbs. I had to take my wheels off a day later to change my sway arm bushings and had an issue. I’m 6’5” 260lb and I had to use a 4’ breaker bar to get the lug nuts free. They were crazy tight. I would stay away from this shop. There are places that do things properly and don’t charge much more, if more at all. Video to prove I’m not just being a jerk. Listen to the

Hands down the best place around. Randomly stopped in a few years back and patched a tire for me right on the spot. (Picked up a nail by the shop) Needed new tires this year, stopped in Belle Tire after work to see if any deals going on told them what I was looking for on my truck. They didnt seem to listen or even care what I was saying to them and gave me one option of a very expensive tire not all terrain at all. Firgured I'd get with E&J and see what they had, super nice, friendly and clean shop. Told them what type all terrain tire I looking for and they showed me a bunch of options. All good pricing too!
