From the 1st call, I felt like they were honest and genuinely cared about my concerns. They explained the process throughly, and they dealt with my warranty company quickly and get all repairs covered. It took a couple days for the parts to come in, but once they had them the repairs only took a few hours. Great bunch of guys that work there and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Thank you Brian, Keith and Jack for accommodating me when my a/c quit on a recent trip from northern Michigan. I was only in town for a couple of days and Brian got me in. The repairs were preformed in a timely fashion for the estimated price. Keith's workmanship and speed of the repair is impressive to say the least.
