I waited to write a review until I'd dealt with Doc's a couple times and now I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else! They're skilled and honest and it's very clear that they care about more than making money. Thaer, Anthony, and the people they have working there are so accommodating and patient, they make an already stressful situation much less daunting and I can't recommend them enough. They communicate clearly and swiftly, are transparent in their pricing and diagnosis', and are customer service pros. If you're the least bit nervous about finding a mechanic or just need one in general: GO TO DOC'S ???? We are truly blessed!!! Doc’s Automotive on Holly Road not too far from campus was on the ball. Thaer at Doc’s was truly amazing and the kindest man ever! He had my sons car in and out in a matter of a few hours after having it towed there. When it stopped running in the Meijers parking lot (in 16 degrees ) I raced to find a good mechanic in East Lansing and was thrilled to connect with Docs automotive through the referral of Pat and Rick at AutoZone. Thank you so much Pat and Rick you referred me to one of the best! My son attends Michigan State and has a pretty tight schedule with 5 engineering classes and working 2 to 3 days a week and lives 4 miles from campus so he didn’t need to be without a car. I was praying it was only the battery since we were running into some cold weather when it stopped running for him.
