I am fortunate to live near the Park Lake Auto Value store. They are my first stop when I need something, whether it's a windshield wiper, wiper fluid, coolant or other items. What I like most are the explanations when I have a question. I am treated with friendly service, patience and details. I LOVE this place and never feel judged or silly for asking questions. They are GREAT!
Very helpful staff. Needed a washer part. Under $10, not the $180 that was quoted to me by mechanic.
Awesome gentlemen working hard. They know their stuff. Very helpful. Helped replace battery in parking lot. Clean store and well stocked.
