Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

As a first time customer I called for a service inquiry around lunchtime on a Monday and was able to get brakes, rotors, and calipers done on both axles before close of business same day. Friendly service. All proposed work was prepared on an estimate and was explained in a clear and concise fashion before repairs began. All final charges were also clearly explained with no surprises. I had been a long time customer of another local repair shop and found my experience with Tuffy to be a breath of fresh air. Strongly recommend.

I use to love this shop. I had gone here for over a decade for work on many of my vehicles. I loved the flexibility the honesty and overall respect of the team that worked here. I recently inquired on service for my vehicle and QUICKLY realized the shop had changed soooo much, which took a moment to adjust too however my experience only became more regretful after speaking with a gentleman named Tanner. I called on Friday or Saturday and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone for the service I requested. He then stated a few law changes etc. then after having gone to another shop and wanting to compare prices I called Tuffy back and got Tanner again. This was on Monday. When I asked once again for the rough estimate and soonest appointment time Tanner persistently refused to throw prices out there stating they ABSOLUTELY do not give estimates over the phone. I tried to make sure he knew I just wanted to verify the information I received from his shop a day or two prior and he refus

Great and quick service! Made an appointment to get a tire patched and they had my car in and out within 20 minutes. He also restowed and secured my spare tire in the trunk, which was a nice bonus. Will be going back next time my car needs service.
