Belle Tire

I scheduled an appointment online to have two tires replaced, arrived on time and waited in the lobby for two hours. Ten minutes after I arrived I received a call and they left a message about the tire pressure sensor being out and they could replace it. I didn’t answer because I didn’t recognize the number. I eventually went to the counter to check the status and was told my car had been ready for an hour, even though I had seen it raised up and the tech working on it 15 minutes before. The representative told me they called out my name, had tried calling, texting, and left a voicemail an hour before. I had no missed calls, no messages, and had been texting my wife while I sat in the lobby. Absolutely miffed to be lied to because the representative could not be bothered to do his job.

Had a metal object lodged in my tire tread. Could have been a Christmas ruiner. The guys got me in, were able to get it fixed and it was a great experience. Made the absolute best out of a bad situation.

They were right on attempting to help me with a flat tire on my bike. When they were unable to, they were quick to locate the closest bike shop for me that could. Although it would be nice if they had the universal end for the air hose for the second kind of valve stem on a bike.
