Purchased two tires. One got flat within 1 year. Another tire also didn't hold air in few months. Coffee machine doesn't work inside. They just kept it there. Rude behavior of workers/ staffs. I can see a camera inside the shop. Rude behaviors might have been recorded!!
They were right on attempting to help me with a flat tire on my bike. When they were unable to, they were quick to locate the closest bike shop for me that could. Although it would be nice if they had the universal end for the air hose for the second kind of valve stem on a bike.
Had a metal object lodged in my tire tread. Could have been a Christmas ruiner. The guys got me in, were able to get it fixed and it was a great experience. Made the absolute best out of a bad situation.
