Not only was I told what the problem was, I was shown (he took pics). For those of you who understand cars and how they work this might not sound like a big deal. To me, who is clueless it was very helpful. He also texted me all the info on my car, which I was able to forward to my son who does understand cars. Was honest with me about another repair that would cost less if I took my car to someone who had done this exact repair before. Very happy w the service I received.
I never have any worries when I take any of my cars to Randall Autotive. I know I will get Honest feedback about any issues I am having. The quality of work being done here is 100%. If you are in the Lansing area and need your vehicle looked at stop by, I don't think you will be disappointed.
Randall's does a great job. They were recommended to me by Discount Mufflers and Brakes in South Lansing. I brought my vehicle in for AC repair, they fixed it within hours and let me know if I have any AC problems with the vehicle this season I can bring it back in and they will fix it free of charge.
