We were referred to this location while on vacation because our belt broke and we could no longer drive our vehicle. We were told that we needed an air compressor which would run us almost $1200. The mechanic tried to open our top on our convertible top. He could have done it by accident but when I asked the mechanic and the manager, they stated they had not touched the button. And the noise that we heard was because they battery needed to recharge. We have them the benefit of the doubt and began traveling home. The car then started making a noise indicating that the roof was open, meaning the button was pushed and we are no longer able to open our trunk. We understand that our convertible top was already non-operational, however they lied and said they had not touched the button. Now, we’re going on a week later and the noise from the top is still on, we are not able to get inside of our trunk, and the noise that we experienced prior to our belt breaking is happening again once we tu
