I stopped in here randomly today as part of the under carriage of my car was dragging on the ground. They were able to fix it on the spot! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Professional and courteous staff, Josh provided status updates twice a week by phone/voicemail. The insurance company didn't help the process, by sending my claim to the wrong Gerber, but these guys sorted that out, and did a great job on the car after a nasty 55mph front end collision with a deer. I was so very pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and attention to detail they provided. It is obvious when a company takes pride in their work. We got our car back cleaner than it was the day we bought it new. I would recommend them to anyone.
