Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is very disappointing, call to make an appointment for my wife car to have a front end alignment, exhaust work done. The person on the phone didn’t even put that in the notes. So when I arrived to drop off the car, the person behind the counter was confused by why I was there, we also ask for an oil change as well. Then the next morning, I received a call informing me that they can’t do the exhaust work, and that I needed other things that I didn’t ask for. Since they we’re not willing to do all of the task at hand (front end alignment, exhaust, and oil change). I responded with fine do the alignment and I will deal with the rest later. Later that morning they called back and informed me that the car was done and can be picked up at anytime, no mention of closing early. When I arrived there at 6pm there was no one around and looks like hasn’t been for a while. On the doors and windows there are no closing hours. Looked online and the hours are 7am to 7pm. But nobody is there, and

Absolutely recommend this place. They do the work u pay for right the first time. Super nice and helpful people. They fixed all 4 of my tires that were completely off balanced. Thank u for making my car safe to drive again for my family and my cars parts. Also for $200 u get a warranty on ur alignment for the life of ur car as long as u own it. Free alignments for life, hell yes, thank u!

Firestone has ALWAYS gone the extra mile for me and this week was no exception. I awakened to what I thought was a flat tire and so I took the vehicle to Firestone - dropped it off and asked for a tire inspection and to put me on the schedule for an oil change sometime the following week. They did one better and did the oil change while I waited which is unheard of for a full service auto garage in 2023. Nevertheless, that’s EXACTLY what they did!! Thank you Firestone family!!!
