Brought my wife's Trax in for an oil change and fluid top off. Went to clean the windshield - no fluid in the reservoir. Made me wonder if they even did the oil change so I checked up on the sticker on the windshield, still the old one. Looked at the oil life % on the dash and still at 22%. Keep getting an email stating I'm due for an oil change from feldman saying I havent been in since early 2022. Don't think I'm going back to this place for an oil change, guess I'll do it myself from now on!
The service department is great, they get 5 stars; but my salesman was not forthcoming with pertinent details about the $3000 maintenance plan I bought, he only gets 1 star.
It was a pleasure dealing with the service department. Everyone was friendly, professional, and seemed committed to getting the repair done right and at a fair price. In particular, our service agent, Dan, did a great job.
