Cooper Body Shop

I have been coming here for a number of years and have really appreciated everyone there. It’s a clean shop and everyone was very kind (until my past two experiences). Unfortunately, when I had an issue with a job they had done, they threw their hands up in the air and said they were a reputable business for however many years and they would never do a bad job and actually ended up blaming me for their mistake. Bruce is the kind of man who will continuously steamroll you in a conversation, will not hear you, doesn’t care, and just wants your money. I spent quite a bit of money for them to just turn on me and not fix the problem. I’m very disappointed and I know they won’t do anything to fix it—they’ve been adamant to tell me so. Hopefully no one else has to experience a mistake on their behalf. Also, lesson learned: take pictures of your vehicle on THEIR premises before and after you get a job done so they can’t try to gaslight you on the condition of your car. Good luck. Service: Pain
