Chuck's was recommended by another company who was unable to do work we needed done. WOW! What a great place! The staff up front returned calls quickly and answered all our questions. Rose was nothing short of amazing explaining things to us. I was even able to speak with a mechanic directly (thank you Ben for your honesty and thoroughness). Forgot to write this when I came in but I'll be coming in within the next few weeks for the full maintenance! Came In a little over a week ago, just for a small brake inspection. They ended up inspecting my whole car, for free! I believe her name was Rose, she sent me a link with all the maintenance that needed to be done and a price on it all. Little did she know I've been trying to figure out what was going on with it for a while, just was gonna take it step by step. They are very much appreciated, and im excited to be seeing Rose and the team again soon!
