Horrid. Went there during tax season awhile back when they were located on Lake Lansing Rd to have a ‘hole’ in my gas tank repaired. They made me pay well over what it should’ve cost to drop the tank to find the ‘hole’ in the first place (turned out to be a fuel pump issue) & replacing the fuel pump was another major ordeal/cost. To top it all off, it took dang near a week to do the job. When I showed up to pick up my Explorer, my jaw hit the floor to hear it was around $800? For something so simple?? & the fact that it was such a LONG process? None of it made sense to me. So I made sure to ask for a paper with a breakdown of the mechanics hours & the receipt for the new fuel pump that was put in on the truck. I stood there and waited for over 30 minutes. No one wanted to give me what I had requested. If the job had been done quickly & efficiently & had I been provided the paperwork I requested I MIGHT NOT have had such an issue with paying what I did for the job done. After consulting

I’m not going to say they didn’t do good work on my vehicle but it took them over a week each time they had it and they cost way to much. Call around before you take your vehicle to them. They quoted me $454 for a seal for my transmission and have me waiting over a month for a tool they need and so I called Frankie D’s and they got me in right away for $165.

Took my car there after a couple of less than satisfactory experiences at some other places. These guys know what they are doing. I believe if it has 4 wheels they can fix it. I own a Volvo and I know a lot of places probably don't have the ability to work on it. I met a guy awhile getting gas who had the exact same car as me. He told me if I need work on it take it to Bill and Charlie's. I read the reviews and was impressed. Had a coolant problem and they diagnosed it and repaired it for a lot less than the Dealerships.
