I had to call the shop to ask about my car after they had it for a week, they said “no one called you?”, no, no one called me. She gave me a list of about 20 things that had to be replaced including head gasket and timing chain, all together quoted me over $4000 to fix my Chevy cruise. I said no thanks and they told me “you just owe the $115 fee”. I was never told about a fee when I called or when I dropped the car off, so that kind of ticked me off. I paid, and took my car to a different shop for a second opinion, I was quoted $0 at the second shop, the reason my car was making weird noises was due to spark plugs not being tightened enough. My car runs perfectly fine. Thank you an and j for causing me to have a mental breakdown thinking I was going to go broke or need a new car. Me personally, I do not recommend this place.
