Quality work, thorough, loved how they did their vehicle inspection report. Truly cared about timing and balanced well my need for my vehicle back while ensuring a quality repair - even being willing to drive me to a meeting so they could do final checks because vehicles don't leave there without that level of inspection ???? we will definitely be back!

My "maintenance needed" light popped on over the weekend. Many thanks to Mitch for checking for codes (at no cost) and verifying that nothing was wrong other than a needed reset. Mitch is also awesome about consultations. I used an instant oil change service because I needed a weekend opening. The oil change service recommended that I have my transmission serviced. When I consulted Mitch, whom I trust implicitly, he said servicing the transmission would likely do more harm than good. I will let oil change services do what they do, and will trust Dykstra's Auto with everything (and I do mean everything) else.

Dykstra’s is the ONLY place I will bring my vehicles in Grand Rapids. Truly the best around and they always put the customer first. They’ve replaced my stolen catalytic converter, brakes, oil changes, etc. and it’s always done as if they were working on their own cars. I recommend EVERYONE to Dykstra’s!!
