Grand Rapids Hybrid

Took our Prius in to get hybrid battery replaced and they took very good care of us. Although some issues arose after the work was done with the car, they fixed the issues without hesitation in such a professional way that they will be the only place I take my Prius from now on. These guys are awesome. I have a 2007 Prius and needed to have the high voltage battery replaced. One of the things that impressed me the most was how Eric took the time to explain to me the whole process regarding the high voltage battery and how it’s typical for them to need replacement at this age. It’s clear that he loves these cars and knows them inside and out. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. The whole experience was wonderful.

I don't own a hybrid, but since moving back to Grand Rapids back in 1986, whatever vehicle I have owned (or my mother has owned), Eric and his crew have faithfully maintained. Every time I purchased another car, I have consulted with Eric and he has saved me from some potentially poor buying choices. Their estimates are pretty much spot on and they have given me a heads up many times on small problems that could have become big ones. I hope they stay in business for a good, long time!
