Went in with little idea of what was wrong. They took care of everything and was really polite and patient. Best care in town!
Not only do I only bring my car to Verburgs. The customer service is, I dare say, some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Rachel is absolutely amazing and the mechanics do an amazing job. Very very very impressed!
Rachel is very cheerful warm and knowledgable about services and parts. I imeaditly liked the welcoming. My appt was scheduled a week out due to the business of Thanksgiving. As the week went on, I had to notify them days before schedule because something was majorly wrong with my vehicle. They rushed me in on an inspection and told me the issue. Which thankfully was in fact not as serious as I had felt. But knowing they did that days before my scheduled appt made me feel better about this repair shop I knew nothing about. I would recommend this business for sure.
