I can't think of taking my vehicles anywhere else for service or tires. Especially since that one time i went to discount tire and Dan gave a hard time for years. Never again. Their employee Loren is especially sweet and diplomatic. You won't find a more loveable mechanic anywhere in the metropolitan Grand Rapids Area, specifically in the area of Breton and 29th St SE. Seriously, I'm not kidding. (This review is for their Grand Rapids location)
I called today to get a diagnostic test done on my truck the guy was so rude act like he didn’t know what I was talking about I asked him how much for one to be done he said why for what I said it would tell me everything that might be wrong with my truck he then it might depending on what’s wrong with it so I just hung up called the next place and they got me together! Because isn’t that the purpose of a diagnostic test so you can figure out what wrong with the truck
It was so nice to be treated with friendliness and respect. Everyone was awesome. Dan has a great crew.
