Essex Body Shop is by far the best in the area. My Tacoma had some damage in the right rear from sliding off the road earlier this year. I got 4 quotes - 3 of them were nearly $4,000, whereas my final bill at Essex was $1,500. In addition to the price savings, the turnaround was quick, and the end product by Bob and his team was nothing less than exceptional.
I have been waiting months for my car parts to come in, which I was understanding about due to the economy/covid etc.. so I was calling in every few weeks to get an update (they did not send me a single update) and seemed annoyed I was calling. Finally I find out they've had my parts there.. he has another excuse why no one has called then tells me if it bothers me to go another shop. Very upsetting and was treated very poorly.
