Very very wonderful, kind, and friendly staff! Very inviting and welcoming. No complaints at all with these guys! They took really great care of me, and the prices were waaaaaay more competitive than I’ve seen. My fuel pump, oil change, fuel line, and spark plugs were all taken care of, and so far no issues!! I’ve already noticed the improvement from them fixing the issues with having gas in my oil!! The engine isn’t having a seizure anymore!!! Thanks guys!! I will be back to have my sway bar lifts fixed!!!

I highly recommend this place for tire replacement and other auto services. Very friendly, quick, and stellar! I really appreciate how they replaced our tire even if we came around the closing time. Thank you!!!

I was so pleased by my interaction with Tuffy's yesterday 7/13/23. My Honda Civic's power steering went out suddenly and Tuffy was the closest shop that I could take my car too, and I'm so glad I did! Ted, who was operating the front desk, was extremely kind and informative. He walked me through what he thought the potential problems could be, a timeline for when it would get checked out, and overall made me feel better. Jason was the mechanic who actually checked my car out, and he kept me updated throughout the day even as it was getting checked out. Unfortunately this was not a fix that Tuffy could handle, but they explained the issue to me thoroughly and recommended a place for me to go which does these sorts of repairs. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy place to get your car checked out with mechanics and workers that will thoroughly explain what is going on, then make sure you go to this shop.
