Walmart Auto Care Centers

Upon arrival at 715 am garage doors were closed , saw someone inside but no one opened doors or acknowledged me . There is a visible sign that says open 7am-7pm. Here I am at 715 am and it looks closed. I finally got out of my truck walked inside to find an employee less than enthused that I was even there . I asked how long he thought it would take , he said when I get dressed I’ll start . Why isn’t he dressed its 725 am at this point . I’m confused , I’m in a rush to get to work , this guy seems to not want to be here or me not be here . All I want is a quick easy oil change . I don’t normally write reviews , I’ve never had a problem at any Walmart before , and I travel the country for work . Hope someone says something to this guy to at least be ready ONTOME . Rant over . Great service, car was finished 2 hours before scheduled. Joe was very friendly and helpful!

My friend and I went to walmart trying to figure out how we can DIY her broken car. Grady greeted us with smiles and jokes, along with tons of wonderful advice to help us keep our cars running for years. He was so kind and helpful! We can’t wait to continue coming here for all of our cars needs.
