Bayliss Tire & Auto Clinic

My story starts with a mistake--I got my new tires at Walmart. The Walmart techs claimed I had come in with a missing lug nut and a broken mount, but I hadn't--they almost certainly broke the lug nut themselves, and I had to replace it later myself (the mount was totally fine). Since then, I had noticed a concerning vibration coming from that side of the vehicle at high speeds. So I finally took it in to Bayliss today. They took a test drive, torqued my lug nuts correctly (and for free), and, lo and behold, the high speed vibration is now gone. I'm so grateful that the tire didn't work itself completely loose before then! Anyway, I'm moving out of state, but, if I'm ever back in the area and need work done on my tires, I will be coming back to Bayliss. Thank you!

Havent' been here in 12 years, only 1/2 mile from my house so I can walk there to pick my car up! Very nice guy, Troy that owns the shop. They appear to do any repairs needed, need to bring back but waiting on parts. Finished the repairs and found mistakes from another garage in Troy on Maple. This is the only place I’ll go to in the future. They are honest and do a great job. Service: General repairs & maintenance
