I got two rotors and break pads,I ended up not needing one rotor. The older gentleman tells me "Oh you'll need it, give it three days or so. By next week you'll realize it" So I replied " .... Actually I checked the other rotor on the other side and it was still in good condition.... I have auto experience..." He said Oh okay, but it still put me off. You should not treat your customers like they don't know what they're doing. Some of us might not know everything on cars but some of us do and we don't need to hear your ridicule of what we do or don't need
after leaving Auto Zone because the employees would not get up and help me, I stopped by your location and with the help of the friendliest employee I got what I needed quickly and correct!!!
We got brake pads from here. The staff was polite and helpful. Thank you.
