Andrea and Don were absolutely amazing this morning helping with the battery in my car!
Broke the transfer case control linkage on my truck at 8:56pm(4 minutes before they closed) I called down there basically hoping for a miracle. They had the part! The manager was nice enough to wait in the parking lot,after they closed,with my part until I got there. She handed me the right part with my receipt,and with a smile let me know that purchase was the one that earned my $20 reward. SO AWESOME!!! Truck was back on the road 20 minutes later. Thanks a ton for going the extra mile when you easily could've been like the other guys. And for that,Ms Andrea,you earned your store 5 stars and a forever fan for yourself,Thanks again????✌️
They never sell you the right part or the working part. Theyve even gone as far as accusing my husband and i of taking a part off another car and said we tried to return it just to pull the same exact part from stock and like we said it wasnt even the right part for our car. Didnt even apologize to us either. Save your money, time, and sanity and go somewhere else.
