Discount Tire

Terribly disappointed in the customer service. Had an appointment, actual service on the tire took more than one visit, but both times I was in the lobby as the next customer, I had to wait for multiple phone calls after before I received service. Please teach your counter people to say “…can you hold please?,” so the customers in front of you don’t reconsider taking their business elsewhere. I’d rather be treated respectfully than apologized to over and over, it’s professionally unbecoming.

Only been here a couple times, staff remembered me and took great care of my car. They took the time to show me what the other shop had missed and had a good match to replace it with. Will keep using them for any tire needs I have.

They helped me replace two tires and keep the cost down. I started leaking air and it was close to closing time and they got me in and stayed a little after closing to make sure my family could go on the trip the next morning. I really appreciate all the help they gave me. I will definitely be a repeat customer for years to come.
