Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone is always honest. Didn't need breaks yet. I really like the Battle Creek Location.

I've been using Firestone for at least 40 years, and I don't think I've ever had a really bad experience. Of course there have been minor glitches, but they were all taken care of fast and efficiently with apologies. For example, for my last oil change the mechanic didn't fully secure the hood, so I had an open door error on my dash. After closing and shutting all of the doors, I finally realized it was the hood. It was just an honest mistake that anyone could make, so I can't ding 'em for that. :-)

I called on Thursday to try to get my car in asap for just an inspection. I work two jobs and have other responsibilities so it’s hard to find time. I was told to drop my car off Sunday morning and they could do the inspection. I dropped it off at 9am and told them no rush for getting it back, I had a ride and would come when they called once it was ready (the same day). Never received a call so I showed up at 5pm (their closing time) to locked doors to be told that they never even pulled my car in to look at it. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. They told me to try to come back later but why would I? A joke. Unfortunate, they were nice but clearly not going to a place that operates like that. It sat there for 8 hours for no reason.
